Autumn Walk to Cornwall Park
Today Room 11 and Room 12 walked to Cornwall Park to observe the signs of Autumn. The children did well to walk there safely with not a moan or grizzle!! When we arrived, we spent some time observing the changes we could see that were signs that autumn was here. Then we gathered different things to put in our autumn collection (a plastic zip lock bag!). We will use these experiences to motivate our writing over the next few days. This looks like such good fun Mrs Fritchley...I bet the children were able to write some really great stories about their visit to the park!
